Penzeys Spices and my Sisters Food Blog
For full disclosure: Unless otherwise stated. All of the spices I use are From Penzeys Spices. They are a constant quality, they add a very good flavor to all of the foods. And I feel that as a cook: if you enjoy food. You owe it to yourself to use their spices.

I will occasionally use whatever is cheap, but you can ALWAYS tell the difference between dollar store or even pricey grocery store spices and Penzeys.
Also I want to point out that my Sister Dr. Kara McShane and her Wife have a great little blog out there. It is a ton better than mine in layout, and all sorts of awesome.
